Daniella is an Accredited Family Mediator and Collaborative family lawyer, located in Toronto and now working remotely to serve clients online throughout the GTA and beyond. Specializing in comprehensive settlement of parenting and financial issues, Daniella helps separating spouses who wish to work together to resolve their separation issues out of court. Whether acting as the mediator or settlement counsel, Daniella guides families to find their own customized, practical, child-focused solutions. Daniella sits on the Board of Directors of Collaborative Divorce Toronto, is a past member of the Executive of the ADR Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and a Founding Member of FDRIO. She also enjoys speaking on FDR topics in various mediation, law school and professional development courses.
