Karon is a founding partner of Bales Beall LLP whose experience speaks for itself. Her practice is centred on family law, wills and estate issues. She is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in both family law and estates and trusts law. Karon is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and co-chaired the Cambridge Family Law Forum in 2017 & 2018.
