Caroline is a registered social worker and accredited family mediator, child protection mediator, arbitration screener, collaborative family profesional and voice of the child practitioner. She completed her MSW at the University of Toronto in 2001. Caroline began working in the separation and divorce field in 2011 when she obtained her accreditation as a family mediator. Over the past dozen years, Caroline has continued her professional development but retains a child centered focus while providing expert services to separting or divorcing spouses.  Caroline's goal is to ensure parents have a realistic and comprehensive roadmap for their life after divorce. 

Prior to working in this area Caroline worked as a child protection worker, as a child protection research co-ordinator and as a Roots of Empathy Instructor. In addition to helping others work through conflict, Caroline has raised two children, four dogs and a pair of ducklings. She is a scuba diving enthusiast.
