Private Intensive Case Management Services

- Extensive experience with complex and safety driven case management of needs including coordination and facilitation of ongoing communication and advocacy for families involved in community systems.
- Safety planning at individual level, family/group level and community based planning for youth identified as high risk to the community.
- Direct service to families, support with family and criminal court, legal, mediators, family group conference, team collaboration and connection with community service providers, stakeholders and navigating systems including medical, education, legal, political.

- families involved in stressful, costly and time consuming litigation, custody access issues, labeled as "high conflict"
- families considered to have complicated factors that impede steps forward to problem solve in formal settings, and as paramount-in the best interest of the child/children.
- System advocate for caregivers of dependents with developmental and or cognitive disabilities. Ie. Caregivers of dependents diagnosed with autism seeking advocacy with school systems.
