Steven Rayson is a Chartered Business Valuator, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor with over 25 years of experience relating to private companies in the areas of business and intangible asset valuations, litigation support and transaction services.
He has provided advice to, and prepared reports for clients in connection with family law matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, mergers and acquisitions, tax and estate planning, business interruption litigation, arbitrations, mediations and fraud investigations. In addition, he has completed both levels (Levels 1 & 2) of the Collaborative Law Interdisciplinary training program as a neutral financial professional, and has been qualified as an expert witness.
Prior to starting his own practice, Steven’s experience included 14 years with a mid-tier accounting firm and an international accounting and consulting firm.
